At Brewed
Awakenings Coffeehouse, their
mission is to be a cafe where you
can eat every day and be healthy.
With the belief that the way they do
business will strengthen our
community and ever farther reaching
ecosystems. They strive to provide
you with a cuisine prepared,
whenever possible, with the finest
organic ingredients that are
purchased and grown locally.
Locally produced hormone and preservative free milk
is used in making all of their
lattes, cappuccinos, and gelato
(Italian Ice Cream). Espresso drinks
and coffee are brewed with fair
trade organic coffee beans roasted
in Duluth by Alakef Roasters.

Their specialty
is providing nutritious food
fast in a casual and fun
atmosphere. Daily their
kitchen produces original
batches of Vegetarian soup,
whole grain organic muffins,
Quiche made with an organic
Jasmine rice crust, beautiful
organic "greens galore" salads,
and an assortment of
irresistible sweets. They
also make Panini grilled
sandwiches on focaccia bread and
Great Harvest Bread sandwiches
to order. Even the most
conscientious eater can find
something to please their
palate.

Brewed Awakenings is a community
gathering place. They provide
their customers with free WI-FI
access and an internet computer for
customer use. They have a huge
community bulletin board and a stage
for local singer/songwriters.
