Computer services are available with prior arrangements.
Food Service: In-house catering, restaurant and lounge, coffee break service, full or continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. Groups up to 360 can be accommodated for meals.
Accommodations: 124 rooms including extra long double beds, kings, suites and many poolside rooms are available.
Amenities: Year round climate controlled recreational area with heated swimming pool, whirlpool, and sauna. All rooms have in-room coffee makers, cable TV, HBO; and, room service is available.

Meeting Facilities: All of our meeting rooms are conveniently located under one roof in the main lodge.  This versatile environment helps you remain flexible to easily adapt to last minute changes.  Your group can utilize 6 rooms ranging in size from 200 square feet to 4300 square feet, accommodating functions from 3 to 300.  Free wireless internet is available throughout the property with computers available in the Lodge to use.  Keeping a routine while away from home is often challenging.  The Fitness Room, conveniently located in the Main Lodge, is well equipped. Sneak in a 20 minute workout before dessert!
Meeting Services: No matter what your unique requirements may be, our professional staff is dedicated to making your event a complete success.  Don't forget to ask about our Exclusively Yours program.

Your own personal meeting coordinator will assist you with every detail in all phases of your event from start to finish.

If it's golf, fishing, pontoon cruises, themed dinners, outdoor barbeques or complex conferences, Sugar Lake Lodge offers all of the latest technology and expertise that allow you to relax and have successful meetings in an unforgettable northwoods setting.

Food Service: In-house catering for coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special themes for parties and barbecues are available. Two restaurants are located on-premise: Otis' and Jack's Bar and Grill.
Accommodations: 164 units including Lakefront Suites, Lodge Room, Lakeside Cabins and Golf Course Townhouses.
Amenities: 18-hole championship golf course, full marina, beautiful sandy beach, heated pool, tennis, volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoes, bon fire pits, hiking and biking trails.

A variety of on-site activities are available for your conference guests.  Our Conference Planning Department will be happy to plan such events as outdoor barbecues, evening entertainment, golf tournaments & socials and a variety of team building activities including Survivor themes, scavenger hunts, paint ball and the exciting Geo-Caching.

Capacity: Theater seating, 60; Classroom seating, 30-35.  Breakout meeting space available in the exhibit areas and staff break room from September-April and other options can be discussed during public season.
Special Features/Equipment: Fireplace; TV/Video/CD/DVD player; flip chart easels; power point projector (must bring your own laptop); and overhead projector.  Fax & copy machines available.
Food Service:  Coffee provided.  Kitchen facilities such as stove, refrigerator & microwave available for use or for caterers use.  (Groups responsible to hire caterers - list of qualified caterers available from FHC staff) After hours, Logging Camp may be used for catered meals (usually breakfasts or dinners) for an additional charge from June 1 through October 15. (Again, groups must provide their own caterer.)
Amenities: The Forest History Center offers an unusual, quaint and intimate meeting place for your business.  Included with the use of our meeting room space is the chance to experience the museum's exciting brand new exhibits during breaks.  These hands-on, interactive exhibits educate and entertain persons of all ages.  The 1900 Logging Camp is available for evening rental for receptions and parties (dependent on weather and interpretive staff availability), as well as our network of forest trails and shelters offering a multitude of outdoor environmental educational learning opportunities for hands-on workshops, classes and team-building exercises.  Horse-drawn wagon rides are available through and outside vendor for additional cost as well.
Cost: Cost varies depending on times and day of the week.  General charge is $50 per day for groups reserved during Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. time slot.  Additional charge of $25/hour (3-hour minimum) added for non-open hours & weekends.  Contact us for exact pricing guidelines and negotiating multi-day use.
